The show asks it, the e‑learning puts it to work, the quiz earns the certificate.
- 01What you will do
- Watch the show with your calendar open; it stops fourteen times to ask you. Then work through four practice rooms: Sort the week, The doorway, Run the week and Find the hour. Pass eight of ten Monday decisions for the certificate.
- 02What you leave with
- The certificate, the one-page model and your commitment: the four boxes on one page, and one important hour booked, one thing stopped to make room for it. A stamp for each room you master prints on the certificate.
- 03How long it takes
- 75 min of film in 17 chapters under ten minutes, then 40 min of e-learning and the quiz. Kureos checks back with you on day 7, 30 and 90.
- 04What it costs
- EUR 390 a seat. EUR 240 for founding members until Mon 7 Dec. Team seats on invoice from EUR 310 a seat. Guarantee: 30 days, refunded in full.
- 05Who it is for
- People who lead others and want an answer to the question on the cover. Prioritisation began as a programme delivered to a senior leadership team in 2026 and was rebuilt for one viewer with a calendar open.
- 06What to bring
- Your calendar, open at the last two weeks, and your sent mail if it helps.

Three things to take home.
The certificate
Issued when you pass the quiz, with a public verification page and a one-click add to the Licences and Certificates section of your LinkedIn profile.
The one-page model
The four boxes and the loop, drawn as one page to keep on your desk and use in your weekly half hour.
Your commitment
One important hour booked, one thing stopped to make room for it. Returned to you by email on day seven, with one question.
Why the show stops.
The show stops 14 times, and that is the design.
It runs in 17 chapters, and every one ends before nine minutes. Past nine minutes, viewers watched under half of any video.1 So each chapter closes while you are still with it, and the next one starts from where you are.
Then the film stops and asks you. When short questions break a lecture into segments, mind-wandering falls to 19%, against 39 to 41% without them, and final test scores reach 90%, against 68 to 76%.2 The questions here are about your own calendar, so the answers are yours, and only you see them.
The method comes from the room. Kureos developed it with more than 4,000 leaders, in 50+ countries, over 10+ years.3 The show is that room, rebuilt for one viewer with a calendar open.
- Guo, Kim and Rubin, 6.9 million sessions, 2014. Past nine minutes, viewers watched under half of any video.
- Szpunar, Khan and Schacter, PNAS, 2013.
