The terms of a Kureos course.
Updated 4 October 2026
Who you are buying from
Kureos Learning is provided by Kureos World AB, a Swedish company with organisation number 559223-5237. Contact: kureos@kureos.com.
Orders placed by individuals are processed by our payment partner, which acts as the seller of record, collects any sales tax or VAT due in your country and issues your receipt. The partner is named at checkout.
Companies buying seats by invoice contract with Kureos World AB directly. Invoices to companies in the EU with a valid VAT number are issued under the reverse charge. Swedish companies are charged Swedish VAT at 25%. Companies outside the EU are invoiced without Swedish VAT.
What a course is
Each course is a pre-recorded filmed show of 60 to 90 minutes with questions inside the show, an e-learning section with exercises and reflections, and a quiz. Passing the quiz issues a Kureos certificate of completion with a public verification page.
Access is personal to the buyer, or to the person a company assigns a seat to, and is streamed online. Courses are not downloadable. Access lasts for as long as the course is offered, and for at least three years from purchase.
A certificate of completion records that you completed the course and passed its quiz. It is not an accreditation, a licence or a professional qualification.
Founding price and pre-orders
Before launch on Monday 7 December 2026, a course may be offered at a founding price below its list price. The founding price applies to orders placed before launch and closes on the launch date. It is not combinable with other offers.
A pre-order is charged when it is placed. Access opens on the launch date. If the launch date moves, every pre-order holder is told by email and may take a full refund at any point before access opens.
Refunds
If a course is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase, or within 30 days of launch for a pre-order, and it is refunded in full. No reason is needed. Write to kureos@kureos.com from the address you bought with.
A refund ends access to the course and withdraws any certificate issued for it.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. Under EU law you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a contract for digital content. When you ask for access to start immediately, you agree that it begins within that period; the refund guarantee above still applies in full.
Company seat purchases by invoice are refundable for unassigned seats within 30 days of the invoice date.
Using the course
Course content, including the films, models, exercises and text, belongs to Kureos. You may use what you learn in your own work. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell or publicly show the course, or share your access.
Accounts found to be shared may be suspended after notice.
Liability
Courses teach leadership practice. They are educational content, not professional, legal, medical or psychological advice.
To the extent the law allows, Kureos World AB's total liability for a course is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the Swedish courts, and consumers in the EU may also use the courts of their own country.
